Do you allow animals/pets on your property?
No. Magnolia House finished its major renovation in 2022. We aim to keep Magnolia House as clean and allergy free as possible.

Do you allow parties and schoolies?
No. We don't allow parties and schoolies. Major fines and a cancelled booking will occur if you use Magnolia House for this. Central Coast Council also bans such activities in short-term rentals.

Do you have quiet hours?
Yes, we love our wonderful neighbours and ask that you are respectful at all times, especially between 10 pm and 7 am.

Do you allow gatherings?
Suppose you would like to host a daytime gathering at Magnolia House during your stay. You must request permission. In most cases, we would allow it. Our main concern is minimising the stress on our neighbours and damage to Magnolia House.

Do you offer one-night stays?
Unfortunately not. During high demand periods such as school holidays and public holidays stays are a 3-4 night minimum.

Why is Cleaning, Laundry and Gardening an add on cost?
We used to split this one off cost across the nights of the stay. However, this meant if you stayed for longer you would incur additional costs.
